Mentorship is a powerful tool for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in any industry or community. By pairing individuals from underrepresented groups with experienced mentors, we can help bridge the gap to equal opportunities and success.
Our mentorship program consists of one 30min phone call or zoom per month between the months of September through April.
