General Information
Lulu was founded in 2020 by Pradeep Raj Rai, MD. Why he started Lulu, "I created a non-profit organization, that will begin by devoting resources to creating the change that we not only often talk about, but one that also can do more by truly helping those that are suffering and those who have struggled to advance in this world, due to the inequities that exist. To be a "Lulu" is to be an outstanding or remarkable person and everyone should be given an opportunity to be amazing."
